At lifesabeachcamps, we strive to ensure every item is made to order with the highest quality through our print-on-demand partner Printful. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
However, we’re here to help if something goes wrong!
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

If the issue is verified, we will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
Returns & Exchanges
As our items are custom-made, we do not offer returns or size exchanges. Please double-check the size guide before placing your order.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you believe you've made a mistake in your order.
Shipping Issues

Delays caused by customs or couriers
If a package is lost or delayed and tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve it.
